Useful Tips

- Our official language is Spanish, but since Buenos Aires is a tourist destination, English is widely spoken. .

- Our official currency is the Argentine Peso. However, in certain shops you will be able to transact using US Dollars. You will also find good rates at selected Beaureaus of Exchange.

- Transportation: the city offers many different means of transportation which connect the tourist attractions. Bear in mind: buses only operate using coins while subways do so with special cards which can be purchased in every station.

- As in every major city, it is important that you always keep a watchful eye on your personal belongings.
